Civil Engineer, with 45 years of professional experience dedicated exclusively to the water and environment sector,both in the scope of the private and public sector, in which he has carried out diverse positions of responsibility. He directed the development program of the “Plan Integral del Agua de la comuniad de Madrid” and coordinated the activities of technological diffusion.

In 1986 he founded the company INCLAM, where he is currently the acting president, participating in works that cover a large range of water engineering and Climate Change, both in Spain and internationally.

Inclam is the first Spanish company to be carbon neutral and obtain the “Calculo y compenso” seal from the Ministry of the Environment. Inclam is leading the carbon sinks register of the Spanish Office of Climate Change and is participant in numerous innovation projects in water management and natural resources.

He is an active member of different professional committees in the water sector, both on a Spanish and international level. He is the Coordinator of the Environment Committee of Tecniberia (Spanish Association of Engineering, Consulting and Technological Services Companies) and Coordinator of the Climate Change working group at the “Club de Exportadores e Inversores”.
