Borja Vidaurre Bernal
Lawyer, Law Degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid and Master in Legal Advice from the Instituto de Empresa. He has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1996. His working language is Spanish.
All his professional career, since founding of his office in 1997, he has been focused on intellectual property and media, in particular in the advisory of audiovisual, advertising and musical companies, including the creation and management of a proprietary music publisher, GPDM.
Borja has vast and valuable litigious experience in all kinds of procedures on these matters, in a very special way in relation to the activity of audiovisual production, music publishing, contentious administrative issues, fundamental legislation and image, etc., which allows him to provide a vision and perspective to the initial phases of business.
Borja has experience in teaching in the Intellectual Property Masters course at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas; In the Master of Intellectual Property at the Autonomous University of Madrid; in the Master of Telecommunications Law, Data Protection, Audiovisual and Information Society, Carlos III University of Madrid; In the Master of Industrial Property, Intellectual, Competence and New Technologies, at the Rey Juan Carlos University; I the Master in Production and Audiovisual Management at the University in A Coruña; and previously in the Audiovisual Masters at the Carlos III University in Madrid, in the Instituto de Empresa, and in internal training courses at Antena 3 Television.
